This page explains how we pack, dispatch and deliver orders placed on https://omshreesalescorporation.in, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India through reputed courier partners and India Post. We do not currently ship outside India.
A few pin codes — remote, restricted or courier-unserviceable areas — may not be deliverable. If your pin code cannot be serviced, we contact you within 2 working days and either suggest an alternative delivery address or refund the order in full.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay; there are no separate delivery charges added at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal handling charge may apply and will be shown to you before you confirm the order.
Order processing time
Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are usually packed the same day or the next working day.
- Dispatch normally happens within 1 to 3 working days of order confirmation.
- During festivals, sales and peak season, dispatch may take a little longer. We inform you on WhatsApp if there is a delay.
If a product turns out to be out of stock after you have ordered, we contact you and offer either a replacement product, a wait-and-ship option, or a full refund — your choice.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Gujarat: 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of India: 4 to 8 working days
- North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep and other remote areas: 8 to 12 working days
These are estimates based on normal courier performance, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, local restrictions, election duty and other conditions outside our control can extend them.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking number to your registered mobile number on WhatsApp, and to your email address if you provided one. Tracking usually starts showing movement within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please message us on WhatsApp at +91 99244 56745 with your order number.
Delivery address and contact number
Please make sure your delivery address, landmark and mobile number are complete and correct. Couriers in India rely heavily on a phone call before delivery. We are unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the phone was unreachable, or nobody was available across the courier’s delivery attempts, we will contact you. You may choose a re-dispatch, in which case the re-shipping cost is payable by you, or a refund of the product value after deducting the courier’s return charges.
Packaging
All products are dispatched in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. Liquids such as juices and wellness drinks are packed with additional protection.
Please check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is torn, wet, open or looks tampered with, do not accept the parcel — refuse the delivery and inform us immediately on WhatsApp. If you have already accepted it, please record an unboxing video; it makes damage claims much faster to settle.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Report any damage, shortage or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 99244 56745 or by email at support@omshreesalescorporation.in, along with photographs of the product, the label showing batch and expiry, and the outer packaging. We then handle the case under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Payment methods
We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe, direct bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery where available. Orders can also be placed directly with us on WhatsApp.
